1. Who We Are & How We Operate

PlainProBoost is an AI automation platform that helps users build apps, sites, and workflows using Deal.ai's white-label infrastructure. PlainProBoost is the data controller responsible for the handling of your personal information. Deal.ai Inc. serves as a data processor/sub-processor, providing the underlying platform and technical infrastructure. We also use Stripe for payment processing and additional vendors for hosting, email, and analytics.

2. Information We Collect

We collect Account Data (name, email, password), Billing Data (via Stripe), User Inputs, Support Requests, and Marketing Opt-Ins. We also collect Usage and Device Data automatically, including IP addresses and browser info. If you connect third-party tools (e.g., Google Drive, Slack, Notion), we receive limited tokens and permissions to enable integrations.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate and maintain the Service, process payments, authenticate accounts, enable automations, communicate updates, improve functionality, and comply with laws. We never sell your data.

4. Google API Use

If you connect Google Workspace APIs (e.g., Google Drive), PlainProBoost only accesses data needed to perform requested tasks and does not use Google data to train general AI models.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to keep you logged in, personalize your experience, and measure performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work properly.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only when necessary with trusted vendors, including Deal.ai (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), AWS/Cloudflare (hosting), SendGrid (email), and Google Analytics. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, protect safety, or during a merger or acquisition. SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties.

We process personal data under Consent, Contractual Necessity, Legitimate Interests, and Legal Obligation, depending on context.

PlainProBoost is not intended for individuals under 16 years old. If collected inadvertently, such data will be deleted.
